About Sunburnt Fabrications

Sunburnt Fabrications is an additive and subtractive manufacturing studio based in Sylvania, Sydney. We turn digital designs into physical parts through two core services: FDM 3D printing in PLA, TPU, ABS, Carbon Fibre, Wood, PETG, Wax and Glow-in-the-Dark PLA; and CNC machining of aluminium, steel, stainless steel and brass. We are a 3D printing and CNC studio, not a structural steel fabricator.

We built this portal so that anyone can upload an STL, STEP or DXF file, pick a material and colour, and receive a free quote. No back-and-forth emails, no minimum order quantities, just a straightforward path from screen to shelf. Every job is tracked from submission through to printing, completion and delivery, with Stripe checkout built in for a seamless experience.

Our customers are small businesses, startups, product designers, engineers and hobbyists across Greater Sydney. Whether you need a single prototype, a short production run or a one-off custom part, we treat every job with the same care and attention to detail. We are passionate about supporting local makers and helping small businesses bring their ideas to life without the barriers of traditional manufacturing.

The portal is run by the Sunburnt boys, a small local team who live and breathe making. We deliver across Greater Sydney or offer click-and-collect from our Sylvania workshop, so your parts arrive however suits you best.
